I have been involved in ringette for over 30 years. I started playing when I was young and fell in love with the sport immediately.
 

I have been involved over the years in various capacities: playing, reffing, coaching, volunteering and being a board member.
 

I have been extremely lucky as a player and have competed at every level. I’ve won provincials, competed at nationals, won bronze at Canada Winter Games and won a silver medal with Team Canada at the World Championships.

I started coaching 10 years ago and have not been able to stop since I’ve met so many amazing people and have memories that I will cherish for a lifetime.
 

I’m excited to be involved with the Heat and look forward to learning and growing with this team. Go Heat!
