Corporate sponsorship as well as athlete fundraising will be used to offset these costs.  Athlete fundraising opportunities will occur throughout the season, include running a mid-season camp in Saskatoon & Regina.  Athletes will also benefit from the sales of Heat merchandise.

Fitness Testing:

To ensure the health and safety of all NRL athletes, the expectation is athletes will meet the minimum fitness guidelines that have been established by Ringette Canada.  These minimum guidelines can be found HERE.  Fitness testing will be incorporated into the tryouts and results will be used as an evaluation tool.  Results will also be used as a baseline for comparison testing throughout the year.

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire:

All athletes attending the Pre-Tryout camp or Tryouts must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).  Please complete the form below and bring it to the first event you are attending (Pre-Tryout Camp or Tryouts).  You do not need to bring it to Tryouts if you attended the Pre-Tryout Camp.
